Store information

Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains how the Tzimuk online store collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information when you browse the site, contact us or place an order. It is intended to reflect the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017 and other applicable law.

Who controls your information

The store is operated under the Tzimuk trade name. Before launch, the operator’s full legal name, Israeli business or company number, registered address, customer-service email and telephone number must be inserted here. Until then, privacy requests may be sent through the Contact page.

Information we collect

We may collect identification and contact details, delivery and billing details, order history, payment-status information, messages sent to customer service, marketing preferences, and technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, cookie identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the site. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by us in full.

How information is collected

Information may be provided directly by you, collected automatically through the site and cookies, or received from service providers involved in an order, such as Shopify, PayPlus, fulfilment providers, delivery companies and fraud-prevention services, where permitted by law.

Why we use information

We use information to operate the store, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, manage returns, prevent fraud and security incidents, maintain business and tax records, improve the site, measure performance, comply with legal obligations and, where permitted, send marketing communications. If information is required to fulfil an order or answer a request, not providing it may prevent us from doing so.

Who we share information with

We may share only the information reasonably needed with Shopify, PayPlus and other payment providers, the third-party fulfilment centre, couriers, hosting, IT, analytics, customer-service and professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law. Service providers must use information for the relevant service and subject to their legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing communications

We send promotional email or messages only where permitted by law, including after obtaining any consent required under section 30A of the Communications Law. You may withdraw consent or use the unsubscribe method in a message at any time. Service messages about an order are not marketing messages.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and similar technologies needed for the cart, checkout, security, language and preferences, as well as analytics or marketing tools that are enabled for the store. Where consent is legally required, non-essential technologies should be activated only in accordance with the consent choices shown on the site. Browser settings may also be used to limit cookies, although some functions may then not work properly.

Processing outside Israel

Shopify and some service providers may process or store information outside Israel. Where information is transferred abroad, we will rely on arrangements and safeguards required by applicable law and will limit the transfer to what is needed for the service.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures and work with established service providers. No online system is completely secure. Suspected misuse or a security concern should be reported to us promptly through the Contact page.

How long information is kept

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order support, accounting and tax obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal claims, and then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Your rights

Subject to Israeli law, you may request access to personal information held about you and ask for correction or deletion where the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also object to or withdraw consent for direct marketing. Requests can be sent through the Contact page and we may need to verify identity before responding.

Children

The products are intended for children, but the store and checkout are intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information or place orders. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information should contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The revised version and its update date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where required.

Privacy contact

Use the Contact page for privacy questions or requests. Before launch, the operator’s legal identity, address, email and telephone number must also be published here.
