Terms of use and sale

These terms apply to use of the Tzimuk website and to orders placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery, Cancellations & Returns Policy. Mandatory rights under Israeli law are not limited by these terms.

Store operator

The store operates under the Tzimuk trade name. Before launch, insert the operator’s full legal name, Israeli business or company number, registered address, customer-service email and telephone number.

Who may order

Orders may be placed only by a person aged 18 or over who is legally competent to enter a contract and is authorised to use the payment method and delivery details supplied. Information provided must be accurate, complete and current.

Product information

We aim to present accurate titles, images, quantities, age guidance, ingredients, allergen and nutrition information. Packaging, recipes and appearance may change, and screen colours may vary. The current physical pack and mandatory Hebrew label are the final source for ingredients, allergens, warnings, storage, preparation and use. Do not rely solely on the website where an allergy, intolerance or medical issue is involved.

Baby and toddler feeding safety

Follow the age, preparation and serving guidance on the pack. A child must be seated upright and supervised by an adult while eating. Product information is not medical advice; consult an appropriate healthcare professional when needed.

Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Promotions are subject to their published dates, stock and conditions and may not be combined unless stated.

Orders, stock and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or a pricing or technical error is obvious. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is processed through PayPlus or another provider displayed at checkout, subject to that provider’s checks and terms. We do not control approval by the card issuer or payment provider. The order is processed only after the required payment authorisation is received.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates appear at checkout and in the Delivery, Cancellations & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless the law or the order confirmation expressly states otherwise. The customer must provide a deliverable address and a telephone number for delivery coordination.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellation and return rights are described in the Delivery, Cancellations & Returns Policy and are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and applicable regulations. Food products may be subject to statutory and health or hygiene restrictions. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.

Accounts and site security

If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping access details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The site design, Tzimuk branding, original text and other content owned by us may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission. Organix and third-party names, marks, product images and materials belong to their respective owners and are used under the relevant permission or legal basis.

Responsibility

We are responsible as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for use contrary to product instructions. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services and links

Checkout, payments and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Links are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for third-party content or availability.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be brought before a court with jurisdiction under Israeli law. This clause does not remove any mandatory right a consumer has regarding the competent venue.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The terms in force when an order is placed will normally govern that order, unless a legal change requires otherwise. The latest version and update date will be posted here.
